After previous years' successes, eCarExpo will once again showcase the most innovative and hottest trends in the electric car industry in Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Stockholm - but from this year as both a physical and digital hybrid fair. eCarexpo has chosen to collaborate with ifairs, a start-up company that has developed the latest AI-based virtual experience platform.
eCarExpo shows the latest hot electric car trends, with electric and hybrid cars, charging technologies and electrical products for fossil-free motoring and transport during two Nordic hybrid fairs this autumn. For the first time it visits Øksnehallen in Copenhagen on October 29-31 and is back again, after a pandemic break, at the Swedish Fair in Gothenburg on December 3-5, with double exhibition space, 20,000 square meters of news and test runs.
Two years after the audience success in Friends Arena, eCarExpo will return to Stockholm as a hybrid fair on 4-6 February 2022 as a pure electric car fair. With the unique indoor test runway and concentrated physical surface, the fossil-free electric cars of 12,000 sqm are displayed in Friends Arena, together with charging technology and other electric vehicles.
In ifairs new virtual event platform, new and innovative interactive functions are introduced with the assistance of artificial intelligence technology. Through this, participants get an even greater opportunity to meet, experience and do business at the electric car exhibition - on site or online. Going hybrid offers the eCarExpo a global reach and worldwide attendance.
Gunnar Dackevall, CEO of eCarExpo comments on the new investment in the hybrid fair:
- Our goal is to convey the atmosphere, content and inspiration in eCarExpo directly to individuals in both homes and offices. Through our new collaboration with ifairs, we can now bring eCarExpo to an even wider society. It allows us to adapt our popular consumer fair to the new event landscape and our visitors' new needs.
- We believe that hybrid events are the future and this cooperation is a fantastic opportunity for us to help eCarExpo on their journey to deliver outstanding digital experiences, says Marena Christensen, CEO of ifairs.
